What is holistic pulsing?
Holistic pulsing is a type of bodywork where the focus isn’t so much on the muscles, but rather on gently rocking the water and cells in your body. You lie on the massage table while I softly move your body, and this gentle rocking spreads throughout your entire body. The rhythmic, rocking movements are reminiscent of a foetus’s heartbeat and help your nervous system to relax. This releases both muscular and psychological tension.
Unlike massage, you stay fully clothed during holistic pulsing. I can imagine it being a comfortable alternative to massage if you don’t (yet) feel comfortable or safe enough to have a massage.
